No site financial reporting form for each Saturday Meet
Site Directors Training - Provided by Event Specialty Coaches - learn new tips and drills for the kids at your site. Very important for new site directors. This wil be coupled with your site directors Impliment Pick-up -----> Saturday 5/22/10.

IRS 1099 form you must complete this form and send / email back to tennrunner@aol.com or PO Box 7175 / Knoxville, TN 37921 before you site checks can be disbursed. New reporting guidlines require this.

5/22/10	Site Directors Training and Skills Session / Impliment Pick-up Get tips and drills from KTC's Competitive Team Coaches - Pick up needed shots and disc's for site practices if you need them. 11:00 AM - 1PM ---> Tom Black Track
5/27/09	Deadline for completing USATF Online memebership and online background checks forward copies to tennrunner@aol.com
6/1/09	Please check your email - site spreadsheets will be emailed by 10 PM for your use on first practice
6/1/10	First Practice
6/5/10	First Meet
6/19/10	Pick-up Program Shirts at Saturday Meet
6/22/10	Distribute Program Shirts at Sites
6/26/10	Final Meet - Return all checked out impliments / remaining program shirts / pick up site stippend
